Carmen Crespo was born in Puerto Rico and raised in North Philadelphia, PA.  She is a mother of three who moved to Erie, PA from Camden, NJ in 1992 to give her daughters better opportunities.

Carmen remains active in her community to show her daughters a better way of life and demonstrate that it is important to know what’s going on in their community.

Her older daughters, ages 23 and 21, both attended the Trinity Center of Erie, PA.  Her youngest daughter, Blanca, 9, is currently enrolled in the Center’s after school program and Kids Cafe .  Families who utilize programs like the Trinity Center generally do so because they provide services that are beneficial to family needs.

Carmen has worked hard to create a better life for her family and continues to do so as she raises her youngest.  This piece gives a brief look into how Carmen takes care of her family and the services she uses to make that possible.
